Gary Wolff, a senior engineer at Otak, Portland, earned accreditation as a Diplomate, Water Resources Engineer (D.WRE). The American Academy of Water Resources Engineers has only certified 291 individuals since the AAWRE began offering its voluntary specialty certification program.

Wolff’s primary area of expertise involves applying various hydraulic principals to solve flooding and channel stability problems. His body of work includes analyzing sediment transport to evaluate channel improvements, habitat restoration and dam removal, and he has worked on water-resources projects throughout the Northwest, Southwest, Midwest and Taiwan.

Hennebery Eddy Architects, Inc. has added four new staff members: Steven Eggleston as a project architect and Kathy Aulwes and Steve Sandstrom as project designers.

Eggleston joined Hennebery Eddy Architects, Inc. as a project architect with 13 years of design experience. He is a graduate of the University of Oregon School of Architecture, a LEED® Accredited Professional and a licensed architect in Oregon.

Aulwes brings 11 years of commercial, institutional, restoration, and educational design experience to the firm. Sandstrom received a professional degree of architecture from Washington State University and attended post graduate studies at the Danish Royal Academy of Fine Arts School of Architecture in Denmark.

MulvannyG2 Architecture’s Bellevue headquarters hired Scott Douglas, as Principal, to its Corporate Mixed-Use Team that leads corporate, mixed-use, hospitality, and multi-family residential projects throughout the U.S.

Douglas’s 26 years of experience will be utilized to oversee corporate mixed-use projects at MulvannyG2 including the firm’s second phase, three building complex for Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association (TIAA) in Bothell, and Bellevue Towers, an eco-luxury twin tower condominium and retail project for Gerding Edlen Development, currently under construction in downtown Bellevue.
